The Initiative

Catalogo Jolie LLC is a rapidly growing enterprise specializing in high-end digital publishing, retail catalogs, and e-commerce infrastructure across the GCC region. Operating from our office on Al Waab Street, we are seeking an IT Project Director to helm our large-scale digital transformations and software deployment lifecycles. This is a high-visibility executive track role; you will not merely manage deadlines—you will dictate technical strategy, control multi-million QAR project budgets, and align our cross-functional engineering teams with our broader commercial expansion milestones.

Primary Directives

• Take absolute accountability for the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software systems, cloud migrations, and digital retail platform integrations.
• Manage comprehensive IT project portfolios, establishing strict governance frameworks, risk mitigation matrices, and resource allocation models.
• Control project finances, including vendor negotiations, third-party licensing agreements, and CapEx/OpEx budgeting.
• Coordinate directly with product owners, engineering leads, and C-suite stakeholders to ensure technical sprints match business growth objectives.
• Champion agile methodologies across technical divisions, driving team productivity and eliminating architectural bottlenecks.

Candidate Requirements

• 10 to 14 years of progressive IT project management experience, with at least 4 years in a definitive senior leadership or director-level capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale e-commerce, ERP, or digital publishing platform transformations.
• Exceptional mastery of Agile/Scrum frameworks, ITIL processes, and modern PM software, backed by credentials like a PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a heavy technology focus.
