Job Overview

Evolve BitX Tech is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Project Director to lead large-scale technology initiatives and oversee project delivery operations. This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with expertise in project management, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.

The IT Project Director will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives within scope and budget.
• Drive process improvements and project management best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners.
• Prepare project reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Support organizational digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management or technology leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
