Job Overview

Evolve BitX Tech is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Project Director to lead large-scale technology initiatives and oversee project delivery operations. This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with expertise in project management, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.

The IT Project Director will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Develop project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Monitor project performance, risks, and quality standards.
Ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives within scope and budget.
Drive process improvements and project management best practices.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners.
Prepare project reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Support organizational digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT project management or technology leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
