The candidate will manage and deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. The IT Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and execute IT projects from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and cost.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, IT governance, and security standards.

Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Manage vendors and third-party service providers when required.

Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management.

PMP certification (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
