IT Project Manager

Overview:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and quality standards. The role facilitates communication and stakeholder alignment to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Lead project teams and assign responsibilities to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is required.

Experience:

• 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in IT.
• Proven record of successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.
