Drive requirements refinement and prioritize work with product owners and business stakeholders; translate business needs into actionable technical tasks and acceptance criteria.
Ensure quality by coordinating test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment runbooks, rollback procedures, and post-launch monitoring activities.
Maintain project documentation and knowledge transfer materials; support onboarding and handoff to operations and support teams for steady-state maintenance.
Coach and mentor junior project staff, contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes, and present project status and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, cloud migrations, or enterprise application implementations.
Proven track record with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and strong organizational skills.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), networking, security fundamentals, and common integration patterns.
Experience developing project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to business leaders.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-informed decisions under uncertainty.
Experience working with vendors and third-party integrators; familiarity with contract and procurement processes is a plus.
Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) or equivalent training preferred.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, ERP, or large-scale systems integration projects.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and incident/ problem management processes.
Advanced degree in a related discipline or prior experience in a high-growth technology organization is a plus.
Full-time position with an onsite work model.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
Opportunities for professional development, training, and support for certifications; clear paths for career growth within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, work-life balance, and employee well-being.
