Dr. Aravind IVF is a leading Fertility & Pregnancy Centre committed to providing world-class healthcare services with compassion and technology. To strengthen our IT and digital healthcare ecosystem, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT-related roles (Developers, System Admins, Digital Marketing Tech Profiles, Support Engineers, etc.).
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand technical requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future IT roles.
• Handle offer negotiations, onboarding formalities, and ensure smooth joining.
• Maintain recruitment reports and database of active candidates.
• Work on immediate hiring requirements and ensure fast turnaround.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an IT Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring deadlines.
