Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database; generate weekly reports as required.
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and mass hiring drives as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and professionally represent the company at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, etc.).
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as developers, testers, system administrators, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be currently based in the UAE (local candidates only).
