Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring AI/ML professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in areas like machine learning, data science, computer vision, NLP, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for AI/ML and other tech roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, etc.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI/ML talent
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting AI/ML or tech talent
• Strong understanding of technical terms and role requirements in the AI/ML space
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing strategies
