Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist in evaluating candidates based on technical and soft skills.
- Learn and develop expertise in various technology domains and hiring practices.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or project experience in IT recruitment preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of IT terminology and technical roles.
- Enthusiasm to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
