Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in evaluating candidates based on technical and soft skills.
  • Learn and develop expertise in various technology domains and hiring practices.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or project experience in IT recruitment preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of IT terminology and technical roles.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
