We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, sourcing top IT talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, testers, network engineers, cloud specialists, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels
• Screen resumes, assess technical skills (with hiring managers), and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit, salary expectations, and notice periods
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and hiring panel discussions
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain employer branding and promote a positive candidate experience
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (2 years) as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skillsets
• Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bulk tech hiring or niche IT hiring
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting

Work Environment

• Location: Chandivali
• Working Hours: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM - 5 days working
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: 2.4 to3 LPA
