IT Recruiter

Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Sector 15, Gurugram
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles (software, support, infrastructure).
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: job postings, resume shortlisting, interviews, offer rollout.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent; nurture relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness).

Required Skills:
- 1‑2 years experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and basic MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualification:
- Any graduate (preferably with a degree in HR or IT).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,398.56 - ₹24,733.48 per month
