Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirement.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in IT hiring
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across different domains and levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and a team player
