IT Recruiter

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level technical positions ✔ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals & networking ✔ Understand technical requirements to effectively screen and shortlist candidates ✔ Conduct initial HR screenings and technical fit discussions ✔ Coordinate with hiring managers and international clients to understand job needs ✔ Schedule, manage, and follow up on technical and client interviews ✔ Negotiate offers and manage documentation & onboarding processes ✔ Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS data, and hiring reports ✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality IT talent ✔ Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
