Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
• Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals in Mumbai and PAN India.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline status).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
