Job Title: IT Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience)

Location: Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Availability: Must be currently available in UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of relevant experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should be currently available in the UAE and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews.
• Maintain recruitment database and reports.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently based in UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
