Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within the domestic market. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
  • Understand client/job requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate salary and finalize offers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships for future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Testing, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred).
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
  • Experience working with consultancy/staffing firms is an added advantage.
