Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience Required:

• Understanding of IT technologies and job roles (e.g., Developer, QA, BA, PM, Designer, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of frontend & backend tech stacks like PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, etc.
• Ability to screen candidates through resumes and initial conversations to judge relevance
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi — both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn about technical job descriptions and adapt quickly to changing hiring needs
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc., is a plus
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and an ability to manage follow-ups
• Proactive and eager to grow in technical hiring and HR coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
