Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation).
  • Develop and implement engaging new hire onboarding and orientation program.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote and cultivate a positive workplace culture and high employee morale.

Performance & Development

  • Administer the performance management system, including reviews and goal-setting processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure strict compliance with all Govt, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (physical and HRIS data).
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and general HR administration tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,558.25 - ₹41,219.17 per month
