IT Risk Analyst

We're looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects from kickoff to completion. This role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams while serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are met
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and internal teams
• Identify risks, resolve delivery challenges, and manage escalations
• Coordinate technical teams and optimize resource utilization
• Track project status, budgets, and deliverables; provide regular reporting
• Ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and continuous improvement
• Support on-site coordination, scheduling, and post-project reviews

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and delivery processes

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing IT projects across multiple teams
• MSP experience preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are a plus
