IT Sales & Business Development Specialist

We are a growing IT services company specializing in Full Stack Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Custom Software Solutions.


We are looking for a smart, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development Executive who can generate quality leads, write high-converting proposals, and acquire clients through platforms like Upwork and other online channels.


We are not looking for random bidders. We need someone who understands sales psychology, client communication, and how to consistently convert leads into long-term business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through Upwork and other freelancing/sales platforms
  • Write persuasive and high-converting proposals
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Communicate with clients professionally and confidently
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Maintain healthy response and conversion ratios
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
  • Explore and utilize additional lead generation channels beyond Upwork
  • Maintain CRM/client communication records when needed


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT business development or software sales
  • Strong Upwork bidding and proposal writing experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong copywriting and persuasion abilities
  • Understanding of web and mobile app development services
  • Ability to handle client conversations independently
  • Result-oriented mindset with focus on conversions and revenue generation


Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • LinkedIn lead generation
  • Experience with Glassdoor, Indeed, and other hiring/networking platforms
  • Cold outreach and client hunting
  • Sales funnels and lead qualification
  • Experience working with software houses or digital agencies
  • Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools


Requirements:

  • Must be based in Lahore
  • Must be available for in-house/on-site work
  • Self-motivated and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
