IT Sales Consultant

A Photocopier Sales Executive drives revenue by selling MFPs (Multi-Function Printers) and related office solutions, which includes identifying and prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, demonstrating products, understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client records in a CRM. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify new leads and business opportunities through canvassing, cold calling, and networking to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Needs Analysis: Analyze potential clients' business environments to understand their specific needs for document management and workflow solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demonstrations and provide end-user training to showcase the capabilities of copiers, printers, and other solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare tailored sales proposals and conduct presentations to highlight how the company's products and services can meet client requirements.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed set sales and profit targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about office technology, document management, and workflow solutions to effectively propose suitable options.

Required Skills

  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
