Sales Executive / Sales Team Member – IT & EdTech Company

Location: New Delhi = Janakpuri

Salary: As per experience

Key Skills

Minimum 2–5 years of Sales experience (Inside Sales / IT / EdTech preferred)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Fluency in English with strong convincing ability

Good knowledge of computer applications & CRM tools

Inside Sales / Sales Support background will be an added advantage

Strong interest in learning & adapting to new technologies

Soft-spoken, team player, confident, target-oriented & self-motivated

Ability to take additional responsibilities and work under deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities

Explain IT/EdTech products to prospective clients and convert leads into sales

Make outbound calls / follow-ups with prospects to drive revenue

Deliver excellent customer service & product guidance

Handle client queries with a professional & friendly approach

Achieve and exceed individual & team sales targets

Maintain and update CRM database & sales pipeline

Collaborate with team members and attend regular sales meetings / trainings

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and company offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,823.97 - ₹30,404.62 per month
