The IT Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s IT products, services, and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
- Sales & Account Management
- Present, promote, and sell IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.) to new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market trends and customer needs.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Monitor market competition and stay informed about new products and technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT solution sales, technology product sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- UAE Driving License is a must
