IT Sales Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s IT products, services, and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Sales & Account Management
  • Present, promote, and sell IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.) to new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Monitor market competition and stay informed about new products and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT solution sales, technology product sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • UAE Driving License is a must
