IT Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • New client acquisition.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
  • Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, market trends, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gathering feedback from clients/customers to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Using this feedback to improve products/services and strengthen client relationships.
  • Managing the business development budget effectively, allocating resources wisely, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
  • Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This includes developing sales plans, forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients/customers while also retaining existing ones. This may involve cold calling, networking, relationship building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • IT/ software sales experience is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
