Roles & Responsibilities:
- New client acquisition.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
- Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, market trends, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Gathering feedback from clients/customers to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Using this feedback to improve products/services and strengthen client relationships.
- Managing the business development budget effectively, allocating resources wisely, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
- Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This includes developing sales plans, forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients/customers while also retaining existing ones. This may involve cold calling, networking, relationship building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- IT/ software sales experience is a must.
