We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential for expanding our customer base and driving sales of IT infrastructure, IT projects, and a wide range of technology solutions, including applications, cybersecurity, laptops, desktops, servers, access control systems, security solutions, cloud solutions, and networking equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential customers across various industries to sell IT infrastructure and solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT solutions, including access control, security, and cloud solutions, to address their challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, hardware, security, and cloud solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop customized proposals, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless product delivery and post-sales support.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to help develop competitive strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on IT infrastructure, hardware solutions, and software applications.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, security systems, cloud solutions, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the skill to offer tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of current IT trends, cloud computing, and security best practices is a plus.
