We’re looking for a sharp, confident Sales Development Representative to manage outreach and lead qualification for the GCC market. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable with both warm and cold outreach, and can consistently turn prospects into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads across UAE and other GCC markets.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline in CRM and ensure accurate tracking of all activities.
  • Use tools like Apollo , Clay for prospecting, sequencing, and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for outreach and meetings booked.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and personalized outreach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or tech/IT services.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with cold calling, emailing, and CRM management.
