IT Sales Executive

Code Avenue, a tech-driven software house, is seeking an IT Sales Executive to drive sales of innovative web and mobile application solutions. The role requires assessing client requirements, presenting tailored digital solutions, and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Skills:

  • Prior experience in selling web or mobile applications is required
  • The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent and fluent communication skills are essential for this role

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business development opportunities from multiple channels.
  • Handle fresh leads daily/weekly and ensure maximum conversion.
  • Understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare customized proposals.
  • Provide pricing estimates, work proposals/quotations, and pre- & post-sales support while following up with clients regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and develop action plans to manage client expectations with development and support teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and avoiding project issues or refunds.
  • Generate quality leads for Web/Mobile Application Development, Desktop Applications, UI/UX, and Design services using LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Interact with clients professionally, especially in the UK and other regions, ensuring clear business communication at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Work proactively in a fast-paced environment, handle confidential information responsibly, and participate in calls outside shift timings if needed.
