Location: Office-Based (Lahore, Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
  • Strictly follow the predefined sales process and playbook implemented on HubSpot.
  • Engage, communicate, and build rapport with prospects and clients confidently.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process and playbook.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all eForce inquiries, delivering a professional and engaging experience.
  • Confidently interact with top-level executives to present solutions and close deals.
  • Report regularly to the department head on sales activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of IT services sales experience, related services for US clients.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English communication with a strong American accent.
  • Strong ability to converse and engage with clients at all levels, including executives.
  • Mindset:
  • Sales hunter mentality—eager to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Self-motivated team player with an engaging and likable personality.
  • Cultural Fit:
  • Solid understanding of US business culture and client expectations.
