Job Title: SALES MANAGER – IT Hardware and Software

Job Summary

Elogic Technologies is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with strong expertise in IT hardware and software sales for the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project supplies, OEM partnership development, product development, and inventory management. The role requires a proactive professional capable of driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and contributing to innovative branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies for IT hardware and software solutions in the UAE market.

· Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, system integrators, and channel partners.

· Manage and expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic technology partners.

· Lead project supply activities, including bidding, negotiation, and execution of IT hardware/software supply contracts.

· Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and management to ensure timely availability of products.

· Contribute to product development and provide innovative ideas for branding and market positioning.

· Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer demands to align sales strategies.

· Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

· Drive revenue targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT hardware/software sales in the UAE market.

· Proven experience in project supplies and OEM partnership development.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

· Experience in product development and branding strategies is highly desirable.

· Valid UAE Driving Licenseis mandatory.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management abilities.
