Job Title: Sales Operations Executive / Sales CoordinatorRole Summary:

Responsible for coordinating across internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and revenue closure. Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for procurement, engineering, finance, and sales teams to drive topline and bottom-line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with:
  • Procurement – Pricing, SFDC updates, order processing
  • Engineering / Pre-Sales – BOQ verification & quotation preparation
  • Finance – Timely invoicing
  • Prepare and share sales quotations within defined timelines.
  • Track and report sales funnel, forecasting, and revenue (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
  • Share weekly sales performance reports with insights and executive summaries.
  • Design and maintain sales dashboards.
  • Support reporting manager with real-time analytics.
  • Meet new & existing customers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA / PG Diploma in Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & Sales Force Automation.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business & sales acumen.
  • Excellent coordination, communication & planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Good understanding of Chennai market conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹816,433.08 - ₹1,259,516.22 per year

Experience:

  • IT Sales: 5 years (Required)
