Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations ExecutiveRole Summary:

Responsible for coordinating across internal departments and supporting sales closure to generate revenue. Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for procurement, engineering, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless sales operations and revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with:
  • Procurement – Pricing, SFDC updates, order processing
  • Engineering/Pre-Sales – BOQ verification & quotation preparation
  • Finance – Timely invoice raising
  • Prepare and share sales quotations on time.
  • Track and report sales funnel, forecasting, and revenue (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
  • Design and share sales dashboards with insights and executive summaries.
  • Monitor KPIs and highlight performance concerns.
  • Support reporting manager with real-time sales analytics.
  • Meet prospects and achieve Topline & Bottom-line revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA / PG Diploma in Sales.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel & Sales Force Automation (SFDC preferred).
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and planning skills.
  • Good communication and selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Understanding of Mumbai market conditions preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹870,793.10 - ₹1,605,478.29 per year
