Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with a focus on HR Tech solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who have a proven track record in IT SaaS sales and are ready to take full ownership of client engagement, lead generation, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, sales, and helping businesses optimize their HR processes through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in HR technology solutions.
• Generate qualified leads, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on IT industry developments and continuously improve product knowledge to support client conversations.

Requirements

• Completed a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT SaaS sales.
• Strong interest in IT sales, HR technology, and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Only candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant UAE experience will be considered.
