The IT Security Specialist supports project teams by identifying and resolving technical security issues that could impact delivery. The role focuses on implementing practical, risk-based security solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project teams by addressing and resolving security-related issues.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Implement effective, risk-based security solutions to meet project needs.
• Provide expert advice on IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot security issues across networks and systems (Linux, Windows).
• Investigate security incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain and update security processes, documentation, and standards.
• Stay informed about emerging security threats and technologies.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of network and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Good knowledge of information security principles (least privilege, defense in depth).
• Hands-on experience with:
• CrowdStrike EDR, WAF, Digital Certificates, AWS/Azure Security
• Experience in risk analysis, incident response, firewalls, vulnerability testing, and compliance.
• Familiar with PCI DSS, ISO, or ISM standards.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.) are desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
