Key Responsibilities

· Follow established processes and work instructions for all service desk activities.

· Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and remote access tools (mandatory).

· Perform incident investigation, diagnosis, documentation, and resolution.

· Log all incidents and requests in the ticketing/incident management system.

· Support users in using computer equipment and internal systems with guidance and training.

· Maintain high levels of customer service and meet all SLA requirements.

· Escalate unresolved or complex issues to 2nd/3rd line support teams.

· Collaborate with global colleagues and share technical knowledge.

Mandatory Skills

· Fluency in English (British or US accent preferred) and Hindi.

· Strong troubleshooting skills across general IT issues.

· Remote Access Support experience (Mandatory).

· Knowledge of AutoDesk tools.

· Ability to work across different time zones.

· Experience working in a global IT environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
