IT Services Manager
Overview
Blitt & Gaines is a creditor’s rights law firm with nine offices, in six states and 500 users.
We are looking to add an IT Services Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the IT help desk system and staff, oversee IT assets, manage telephone system and assist with onboarding functions.
This will be a full-time Monday – Friday position, with evening or weekend hours as needed. Salary $80k. This position will report to the Director of Information Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT help desk
- Oversee IT asset management
- Oversee new user onboarding
- Manage and oversee telephone system
- Lead the IT service management team
- Develop and implement IT service strategies and plans
- Manage and coordinate between IT teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor and analyze IT service performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and service management best practices
- Handle user complaints and escalations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare reports on IT services and performance
- Provide level 3 support
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Knowledge of IT service management best practices and standards
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Detailed orientated

- Ability to effectively communicate with management and team members
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot user issues
- Ability to maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Five years IT services experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable with Windows Server operating systems, RingCentral VoIP telephone service, networking
- Excellent service and communications skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Must be able to work on-call and respond to issues after business hours, as needed
- Passion for information technology and a strong desire to learn.
Desired skills, but not required:
- Disaster recovery experience
- Experience with incident response planning
- Experience with ChangeGear ticketing system
- ITIL certification
