Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Executive / Manager with 2-3 years of proven experience in a Software House. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and promoting UTF’s custom IoT and software development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IoT/IIoT and custom software development sectors.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific software and digital transformation needs.
- Present and promote UTF’s services, demonstrating how our solutions address client pain points.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to each client.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and post-sales relationship management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverable software solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools and regularly report on sales metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in a Software House (mandatory).
- Proven track record in selling custom software services, especially project-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of IoT/IIoT, web and mobile application development, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate client requirements into business opportunities and actionable technical solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the IoT/IIoT ecosystem and related technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
