Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Director to lead our technology strategy, oversee solution delivery, and drive innovation across client engagements. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s IT solutions strategy.
• Lead solution design, development, and implementation for clients across industries.
• Oversee enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop IT teams to foster innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on solutions architecture and delivery.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.

Pay: Up to KD3,500.000 per month
