King County’s Department of Information Technology (KCIT) is seeking an IT Solutions & Operations DNRP Program Coordinator. This role links service delivery between King County Information Technology (KCIT) and the Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP) by supporting activities that enable environmental stewardship, park operations, utilities management, and natural resource protection. Emphasizing interagency collaboration, this rolefacilitatesoperational continuity, service performance, stakeholder partnership, continuous improvement, and the integration of Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) principles into service delivery practices and project outcomes. This position will work in partnership,operatingunder the guidance of the KCIT Customer Success Management team to support the business needs of DNRP.
This position is estimated as a 2-year Term Limited Temporary opportunity.

Hybrid Work: KCIT works in a hybrid model, with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change. The primary on-site location is the Chinook Building at 401 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA, with occasional work at other KCIT and DNRP locations as needed.
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
King County has a robust collection of tools and resources to support working remotely. The individual selected for this opportunity will join an innovative and progressive team that is redefining how we work as we transition to the department's hybrid environment. Employees will be provided with a county-issued laptop and must maintain a home workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.

Duration: This position is estimated for a duration of 2 years.
Union: This position is not union-represented.
Work Schedule: The normal work week for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is FLSA-Exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position may include after-hours Support as needed.
