IT Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional IT Specialist aka, “the tech guy”. This passionate technical warrior will be working on IT activities at SNAP14 working closely with the General Manager. We are seeking an experienced and versatile IT Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including user account management, hardware maintenance, network management, and technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to Zoho Apps, Google Workspace, and other IT systems, prioritizing data security and privacy.
  
• Oversee the provisioning and distribution of IT devices (computers, laptops, mobile devices, etc.) to employees, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
  
• Ensure proper functioning of all hardware, including computers, peripherals, and networking equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly.
  
• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues, providing technical assistance and timely problem resolution.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and analysis teams to assist with IT-specific tasks, such as data analysis, data integration, and automation.
  
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and industry best practices to suggest and implement improvements.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, policies, and solutions.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient and effective use of IT systems.

• Experience with user account management, access control, and data security.
  
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both software and hardware issues.
  
• Familiarity with network management, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
