Job Title: IT Specialist

Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm (possible flexibility)

Position Summary: Acts as IT support technician/help desk to resolve issues at all LOG office locations. Supports all PC’s and electronic devices attached to the network as well as PACS administration.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Information Technology (required) Bachelors Degree (preferred)
• Valid PA drivers license
• Must display knowledge of the use of various office equipment including a PC, copier, fax, telephone, etc.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field is preferred

Essential Duties:

• Works to resolve all PC related issues via the ticket system. Supports all PC’s and devices attached to the network as well as PACS Administration.
• Acts as a liason between the EPIC personnel and LOG staff.
• Assists in network configuration and support and wireless network support.
• Assists in server support, enters new employees in account setup for all EHR systems.
• Responsible for providing assistance to the IT Manager when needed.
