Compensation : $20 per hour DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Log, investigate and solve technical issues
May require documenting work performed using ticketing system
IT asset procurement, deployment, and management
Install and configure new network devices when necessary
Perform hardware upgrades on end-user devices as well as IT infrastructure
Perform software upgrades on end-user devices as well as IT infrastructure.
Configure IT Security infrastructure (Firewalls, Anti Virus, SIEM, IDS and others as needed)
Diagnose and repair network issues (wi-fi and wired) and run/repair cable if necessary
Assist with Cisco phone system set ups and maintenance
Point person if the internet fails
Performs other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years experience
working knowledge of windows and Microsoft office
Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Physically able to kneel, crawl, bend and move office furniture
Able to stand for long periods of time
1+ years of helpdesk or related experience
Professionalism and strong communication skills (both in person and via phone/email)
Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
Be very detailed, and have the ability to multitask
A+ certification and comp TIA preferred
Must be 18 or over
Must have a valid drivers license
