IT Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system security, network efficiency, and smooth technical operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company networks, servers, and IT systems and experience to handle US based clients
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security
• Implement cybersecurity measures and backup solutions
• Provide technical support to internal teams
• Maintain IT documentation and system updates
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments
• Proficiency in MS Office and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High English proficiency preferred
