Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support,
  • Advanced command of both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Fundamental knowledge of Network (IP, DHCP, Router, Switch)
  • Experienced on Microsoft applications and Operating System (AD, O365)
  • Active driver and no restrictions for travel.

  • Strong planning and organization skills,
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and costumer focused,
  • Self-driven, having a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and can work independently.


Job Purpose

  • Supporting IT users (such as PC, SAP, Company Softwares and Systems Administration & Troubleshooting) in using the IT Systems, on call for after-hours IT issues when required,
  • Resolving IT issues requiring physical intervention and provide desk-side support for end users, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas and active participation in Global/Local projects whenever needed.
  • Managing physical stock (inventory) of devices and accessories and perform regular hardware inventory checks.
  • Managing user onboarding/offboarding, including account and permission setup,
  • Managing multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively,
  • Coordinating and communicating with external service providers and vendors when required.
  • Performing basic system configurations, updates, and routine maintenance,
  • Escalating unresolved issues to relevant teams when necessary.
