IT Specialist

Sign Factory is looking to hire an Information Technology Specialist to help us pursue and manage government bid opportunities that include video display walls, digital signage, content management systems, and related technology solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of digital display systems and the administrative side of managing bids, proposals, and customer accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and analyze government bid opportunities involving:
• Video display walls
• Digital signage systems
• Content management platforms
• Audio/visual and network-connected display systems
• Understand systems similar to Jupiter Canvas and other collaboration or display management platforms
• Help determine project scope, required equipment, software, and technical specifications
• Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
• Assist in preparing bid documents, technical proposals, and pricing information
• Manage bid timelines, submittals, follow-up, and account coordination
• Support project management after award when needed
• Help Sign Factory expand into more technology-based signage and display projects

Qualifications:

• Experience with IT systems, AV systems, digital signage, video walls, or content management platforms
• Ability to read and understand project specifications, bid documents, and technical requirements
• Experience with government bids, public works, RFPs, or commercial proposals is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of display hardware, software platforms, networking, and system integration is preferred

About the role:
This person will help Sign Factory identify, evaluate, and manage opportunities involving modern digital display technology, including projects that go beyond traditional signage and into integrated visual communication systems.

Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, pay increase after 120 day trial period, $500 signing bonus
