IT Specialist (Call Center Operations)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist who has hands-on experience in managing call center IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with practical troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN and network layering concepts
  • Configure and handle firewalls and dialers used in call center environments
  • Perform system troubleshooting (hardware, software, network issues)
  • Ensure smooth functioning of call center systems, CRMs, and VoIP setups
  • Install, configure, and maintain systems, routers, switches, and other IT equipment
  • Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly
  • Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime
  • Handle all general IT tasks required in a call center environment

Requirements:

  • Strong command over networking (layering concepts)
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and dialer systems
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a call center IT environment is highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of servers, databases, and system security
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Timings:

2 slots available:

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
