Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to be closely involved in the design, implementation, maintenance and support of administrative computer systems. Primary responsibilities are application development, database maintenance, and integration of data between systems, web development for software applications and user training and support. Serve as a liaison between departments and vendor support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support for CRM users – troubleshooting discrepancies between CRM and SIS, task flows and automation
- Learn various applications systems to in order to provide operating system and application system support for all college personnel
- Support integration of information processes between software systems
- Write scripts, queries, stored procedures and ad hoc reports
- Create faculty user accounts
- Assist end users (faculty, staff, and students) to resolve issues such as logins, passwords, email, and access to specific functionalities/applications
- Provide user training for operating system and application systems
- Provide documentation for NCTC specific procedures
- Test application systems and communicate with application support to resolve system issues
- Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and institution.
Required Experience
Two (2) years experience application development, multi-server environments, database administration, or related experience.
