About the Opportunity: IT Technical Support Specialist
Your mission as an IT Technical Support Specialist will be to ensure seamless technical support and system reliability across all departments. You will play a vital role in maintaining IT infrastructure, providing hands-on troubleshooting, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within a highly dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Support, Systems Maintenance & IT Infrastructure

  • Provide first- and second-level support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve user incidents efficiently via phone, email, or ticketing systems.

  • Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and tracking.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications.

  • Support end-users in troubleshooting ERP, email, and collaboration tools.

  • Ensure regular data backups and system updates in alignment with IT policies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT service quality and process improvement.

  • Escalate critical incidents and coordinate with global IT teams when required.

  • Assist in implementing and supporting new digital initiatives and automation systems.

  • Maintain documentation of IT configurations, solutions, and incidents for knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: IT Support & Infrastructure Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.

  • Strong knowledge of hardware maintenance and software installation.

  • Experience with ERP systems and ticketing tools is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Fluent in English.
