We are looking for a reliable
IT Specialist
(
Part-Time
) to manage and support daily technical operations across our offices, production floor, and retail/showroom systems. The role ensures uninterrupted system performance, data security, and smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and network devices

Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and connectivity issues

Manage email accounts, user access permissions and system logins
-
Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi network stability and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
-
Install and update software, antivirus and operating systems
-
Monitor system backups and ensure data protection & recovery readiness
-
Support POS, CCTV, biometric attendance and cloud-based tools
-
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and IT procurement
-
Maintain IT inventory and asset records
Requirements
-
Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or related field
-
1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (retail or manufacturing preferred)

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers & printers

Familiarity with POS systems, CCTV & biometric devices is a plus
-
Basic understanding of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365

Problem-solving attitude and quick response capability
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues
