IT Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable IT Specialist ( Part-Time ) to manage and support daily technical operations across our offices, production floor, and retail/showroom systems. The role ensures uninterrupted system performance, data security, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and network devices
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Manage email accounts, user access permissions and system logins
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi network stability and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
• Install and update software, antivirus and operating systems
• Monitor system backups and ensure data protection & recovery readiness
• Support POS, CCTV, biometric attendance and cloud-based tools
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and IT procurement
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (retail or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers & printers
• Familiarity with POS systems, CCTV & biometric devices is a plus
• Basic understanding of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
• Problem-solving attitude and quick response capability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues
