We are hiring a Part-Time Upwork Bidder / Proposal Specialist to help us win new clients through high-quality, customized proposals. This is a remote, performance-based role ideal for someone experienced with Upwork bidding and client communication.

Role Overview
You will search for relevant Upwork projects daily and submit tailored, persuasive proposals. Your goal is to convert opportunities into paid projects through smart bidding and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant Upwork jobs daily
• Submit customized, non-copy-paste proposals
• Understand client needs and align with our services
• Ask smart discovery questions in proposals
• Handle initial client replies and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal team for samples and pricing
• Maintain daily bid and response reports
• Improve proposal strategy based on results
• Meet assigned bidding targets

Requirements

• Proven Upwork bidding or proposal writing experience
• Strong English writing and communication skills

• Ability to analyze and filter high-quality projects
• Persuasive and personalized proposal writing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Reliable internet and availability for part-time hours
