Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in Upwork bidding and online lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients in the Ai and Legal outsourcing sector, generating leads, writing compelling proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through:

LinkedIn outreach

Cold emailing

Referrals

Freelance platforms (especially Upwork)

Draft customized and persuasive proposals on Upwork

Understand client requirements and align company services accordingly

Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations

Maintain lead pipeline and sales tracking using CRM tools

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing

Strong understanding of Ai services and/or Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Ability to close international clients (USA, UK preferred)

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsPreferred Qualifications

Experience in Legal Intake, Personal Injury, or Case Management services

Ai lead related generation

Knowledge of freelance pricing strategies

Experience managing long-term retainer-based clientsWhat We Offer
